1.The president is like a Christian. Do not speak English well. Taiwanese seniors like Japan and love Japanese. It sometimes feels uncomfortable. I was surprised to see the local time on the wall clock. 2. Do not check your reservation confirmation from time to time. The customer had to confirm the reservation number. 3. The door did not open well. Fortunately, in 6 minutes the boss came and opened it.

Comfortable, clean and cosy!

The owner is so friendly and happy. I received a wonderful welcome from him on arrival. Clean, comfortable beds, excellent wifi, hot showers. Everything was great and exceeded my expectations. It was a lovely stay, thanks so much :)

The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Close to the train station and some of the main sightseeing spots. Good value for money. Very clean and comfy bed. Nice window view.

The accommodation is quite simple, but it has everything it claims. Nice and clean and quiet, and only 10 minutes' walk from the train station. No complaints at all, especially for the price.

Not a big deal but it isn't called "Angel Valley Hotel" on Google or on the building itself. Just remember that it's on the 6th floor and take the elevator!

The beds were really comfortable.

The beds were really comfortable. The facilities are basic but they were all in working order and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and though we didn’t speak the same language it all worked out just fine (lots of smiling and pointing.) I would be happy to recommend for it for someone looking for basic accommodation.

The room is a bit small but perfectly functional.

All the facilities are new and comfy, especially the bed and...

All the facilities are new and comfy, especially the bed and hair dryer! You can also enjoy the view(not that big though) of Tainan by the window. In a cheap price, I would say it highly exceeds the price!

The only thing that didn’t meet my needs was the location, because it’s really hard to find. Not on the google map, no signs, or anything. I recommend you to search ‘Chateau Rich Hotel’ in the google map as it’s right beside this big hotel.

Comfy beds and good location.

The owner was very nice and helpful, always a smile on his face. The bed was comfy and shower was hot. The hotel is in a really good location close to attractions and train station.

The balcony was unfinished but the hotel was only just opened so no issue there.
